Founding the business with just a phone and a desk in 2006, through her drive and tenacity she has attracted and retained some of the biggest clients in the industry. With more than 30 years’ experience in recruitment and search, including over 20 years specialising in medtech, pharma and healthcare talent acquisition, Elizabeth believes that finding the best fit comes from building a trusting relationship, asking the right questions and providing advice that works for each individual hiring manager, senior leader and candidate. Elizabeth focuses on recruiting executive and senior roles and developing business relationships. As well as providing outplacement services for those made redundant, she also speaks at events on fostering a culture of wellness and coaches people in medtech, pharma and healthcare on interview techniques which lead to win/win outcomes and a positive candidate experience, ensuring employer brand and reputation is intact.
