- In this role you will drive sales growth of market-leading respiratory and anaesthesia consumables across WA, SA & NT, meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
- You will build, manage, and expand key hospital and clinical accounts, developing strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
- You will develop and execute strategic territory business plans, coordinating resources to maximise opportunities and achieve business objectives.
- You will identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging insights from the market and healthcare systems to drive growth.
- You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including commercial, customer support, and demand planning, to deliver exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- You will represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events, strengthening brand presence and promoting products to key stakeholders.
- Role is based in Perth (preferred) or Adelaide, with minimal travel required, around 4–5 trips per year within the territory.
- Experience in medical device or consumables sales, ideally in respiratory, critical care, or anaesthesia, though not mandatory.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets, preferably in the acute care setting.
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems, procurement processes, and hospital workflows.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to build trust, maintain strong customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities.
- High level of business acumen with experience developing financial proposals and territory plans.
- Degree-level education or equivalent; additional clinical knowledge in respiratory, anaesthesia, or critical care is advantageous.
- You must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 with full working rights for Australia.
