- This Customer Service and Inside Sales Representative role is a 12-month contract, (likely to extend), and a great opportunity for someone wanting to eventually move into a field-based medical device sales role.
- Be the first point of contact for customers, managing inbound enquiries, orders, quotes, and providing high-quality support.
- Run structured outbound calling campaigns to engage existing, inactive, and prospective healthcare customers.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities, supporting the sales team with pipeline development and lead follow-up.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM, ensuring all customer interactions are captured.
- Collaborate closely with sales, supply chain, and leadership teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Support marketing initiatives and follow up on campaigns, samples, and quotes to drive engagement and revenue.
- Work in a fast-paced, team-based environment with strong processes, clear KPIs, and a focus on continuous improvement.
- Experience in a similar role, preferably with a tertiary qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years direct or indirect sales experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to document a track record of lead generation success.
- Accurate data entry and record keeping skills.
- Must be an energetic, enthusiastic self-starter who enjoys challenge and is dedicated to getting the job done with minimal support and direction.
- Must be PC literate, have excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
