- This Contract Marketing Project Manager position (6-12 months) is responsible for executing and managing marketing initiatives for a portfolio of products for ANZ.
- Based on close collaboration with the Country Manager and respective National Sales Manager, the responsibilities will include developing and implementing marketing program strategies, managing budgets and timelines, analysing marketing data, KOL program development, driving KOL advocacy and overseeing marketing campaigns.
- Additionally, the position must collaborate with other marketing professionals across the APAC and international regions to create cohesive marketing plans and materials that reflect the company's branding and messaging.
- This role also requires strong communication skills to communicate marketing plans and updates to leadership teams and other stakeholders. In summary, the person in this position must enjoy creative problem-solving, have a strong understanding of marketing tactics, and enjoy working with others to deliver measurable results.
- You will support identification of key market trends including clinical trends, care delivery and reimbursement, and plan, develop, and execute marketing programs and campaigns and develop and manage budgets for marketing programs.
- You will analyse data to measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure programs are aligned with company goals.
- You will manage vendors and agencies to execute marketing programs and create project timelines and manage deadlines while developing and delivering marketing communications and messaging.
- You will develop and implement strategies to drive lead generation and conversion and develop and implement KOL educational programs to nurture and drive KOL advocacy.
- University degree with a concentration in Marketing with 8 to 10+ years of marketing experience in medical devices.
- You will have a proven track record of driving acquisition through new and innovating marketing techniques and demonstrated strategic thinking capabilities.
- Experienced relationship-management expertise, and project management skills.
- Exceptional English communication skills and ability to influence without authority, including demonstrated experience gaining senior leadership perspectives and support.
- Ability to connect to the patient experience, with a desire to make a significant impact to get patients back to the things that matter.
