- This Pricing & Master Data Administrator role is responsible for the maintenance of all customer and pricing master file information as well as processing and validating wholesaler rebates.
- The position is required to support the Business Unit Head - Pharmaceuticals in addition to other internal and external stakeholders and assisting with the set-up of customers for rebates ensuring master data is correct in SAP.
- The role will assist with communication between the organisation and wholesalers on product and/or contract/tender pricing and set up new product creation process with internal and external stakeholders in Australia & New Zealand.
- You will be responsible for the maintenance of company price lists and maintain product details in SAP to ensure rebates can process accurately and respond to pricing related enquiries from customer service and company sales representatives.
- You will ensure filing and documentation is up-to-date and compliant with standard operating procedures and work instructions.
- You will report Adverse Drug Reactions, Medical Device Adverse Events and complaints.
- Experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical or medical device sectors.
- The position must actively seek and identify new areas for learning; regularly creating and taking advantage of learning opportunities, using newly gained knowledge and skills on the job and learning through their application.
- Take responsibility for maintaining high standards of customer service through accurate pricing maintenance.
- Experience with ensuring team members are compliant with standard operating processes.
- Experience with completing required reports within designated timeframes (eg. expenses).
- Exposure/experience with SAP, with experience assisting with the maintenance of pricing in SAP and uploading and validating automatic monthly rebates in SAP.
- An understanding of working within a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) compliant environment.
