- This Senior Customer Engagement Officer position plays a critical role in supporting people living with complex medical needs, along with their carers and healthcare professionals.
- This role is responsible for managing both outbound and inbound communications, handling complex and sensitive enquiries, and providing accurate, non-clinical information regarding medical device products and their appropriate use.
- In addition to addressing complex customer and patient enquiries, the position holds overall responsibility for the coordination, delivery, and ongoing enhancement of a patient support and education program.
- This includes ensuring the program delivers meaningful education, support, and engagement outcomes for patients, while remaining aligned with organisational objectives and compliance requirements.
- This role is a full-time position, based in the office 5 days a week, 9:00AM – 5:00PM with free on-site parking and access to public transport.
- Demonstrated experience in a senior customer engagement/customer service, patient services, or healthcare support role.
- Strong patient advocacy mindset with high levels of empathy and emotional resilience.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage sensitive conversations professionally.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confident working with ERP, CRM, and Microsoft Office systems.
- Solid understanding of healthcare compliance, privacy, and confidentiality requirements.
- Continuous improvement mindset with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
